Thanksgiving Orange Rolls
 

Ingredients:
2 TBS yeast 2 ¼ C. warm water
½ C. sugar 1/3 C. oil
1 egg 5-6 C. flour

Ingredients:
Filling:
½ C. sugar 1 orange peel finley grated        
6 TBS butter (cold)

Disolve yeast in water. Add to water and mix together sugar, oil and egg.
Add 5-6 cups of flour - kneeding it in as you go. Let rise for 2 hours. Punch down, kneed again.
Roll out like cinnamon rolls, spread on filling. Then start at one end and roll up, cut like cinnamon rolls.
Place on greased cookie sheet.
Let rise again 30-45 minutes.
Bake @ 350° for 20 - 25 minutes.
Serve warm
